Call (689) 407-5379
One number for tree work across the Orlando area. Free to call, answered 24/7.
An automated assistant asks what kind of tree work you need, takes your name, callback number, city or ZIP and a short description, then puts you through to an independent, locally owned tree service company that works in your area. If that company cannot pick up, it gets your details to call you back.

What to have ready when you call
The assistant only needs a few details. The company you are put through to will ask more, and having the answers ready gets you a better first conversation.
For the assistant
- Your name and a number where you can be reached
- Your city or ZIP code
- The kind of work: removal, trimming, palm, stump, storm damage, clearing
- Whether anything is on the house, a car, a fence or a line right now
For the tree company
- The kind of tree if you know it, and a rough height compared with the house
- What it is close to: roof, pool cage, fence, driveway, septic, neighbor's yard
- Whether a truck can reach it, and how wide your side gate is
- Any HOA rules about tree work or replanting
- Whether you want the stump ground and the wood hauled away
Safety comes before the call
If a tree has hit a power line, if a line is down anywhere on your property, or if anyone is hurt, call 911 first and keep everyone well away. Treat every wire as live. If the tree is only touching or leaning toward a line, call your electric utility: in Orlando and St. Cloud that is usually OUC, which asks customers to call (407) 423-9018 about trees near its lines, and for other utilities the number is on your bill. Once everyone is safe, take photos from a safe distance and call the line.

Before you hire anyone
Whatever company you end up talking to, ask it for a certificate of insurance and its arborist's ISA credentials, and get the price in writing before work starts. The how it works page lists the questions, and the FAQ covers permits, costs and storms.
Check the company yourself. Florida has no state license for tree trimming or removal, so ask the company for a certificate of general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and for the ISA certification number of its arborist. You can confirm a certification with the ISA's credential lookup (opens in a new tab).
How this line works: Tree Service Orlando FL is a free phone line, not a tree service company. It does not trim, remove, quote or schedule tree work and holds no license or arborist certification. Calls are transferred to independent, locally owned tree service companies in the Orlando area. Those companies may pay Tree Service Orlando FL a referral fee. You never pay the line. How it works.
