Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of treeserviceorlandofl.com and the phone line published on it, (689) 407-5379. Tree Service Orlando FL is a d/b/a of Dominion Digital Group. They are written in plain language and are not legal advice.

What this service is

Tree Service Orlando FL is a referral service. When you call, an automated assistant answers, takes your details and transfers you to an independent, locally owned tree service company that works in your area. We do not trim, prune, remove, grind, haul or clear trees, we do not employ arborists or crews or send anyone to your property, and we hold no license or arborist certification.

Calls and the automated assistant

By calling, you understand that you are speaking with an automated assistant, that the call may be recorded and transcribed, and that the details you give will be passed to the company your call is transferred to. See the Privacy Policy.

Your agreement is with the company you hire

The company you are connected with is an independent business. It looks at the tree, recommends the work, sets its own prices, gives you any estimate, schedules and performs the work, handles any permit it agrees to obtain, and is responsible for that work. Any warranty, payment terms, deposit or cancellation policy is between you and that company and should be given to you in writing. We are not a party to that agreement and do not quote, schedule, supervise or guarantee any work.

No charge to you, and referral fees

There is no charge for calling or for being connected. The companies we connect callers with may pay us a referral fee. That fee is not added to your bill by us, and we do not set or see the price a company quotes you.

Checking a company before you hire it

Florida does not issue a statewide license for tree trimming or removal. We do not verify, and make no statement about, any company's insurance, licenses or certifications. Before hiring, ask the company for a certificate of general liability and workers' compensation insurance from its insurance agent, and for the ISA certification number of its arborist, which you can check at the ISA credential lookup (certificates.directory.isa-arbor.com). Permit requirements depend on your city or county; confirm them before work starts.

Website content

Information on this website, including cost ranges, permit rules, insurance and storm information, is general guidance with sources named on each page. It is not a quote, not a promise that a company is available, and not professional advice about your specific tree or property. Laws, programs, prices and rules change; confirm current details with the relevant city, county, utility, insurer or company.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for the work, products, pricing or conduct of any independent company you choose to hire, for damage to property or injury arising from tree work, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the phone line.

Emergencies

The line is not an emergency service. If a power line is down, a tree has hit a home with people inside, anyone is hurt, or you smell gas, call 911 first. Stay away from any downed wire and report trees on lines to your electric utility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
